Service Call

$89

Our skilled technicians service or repair any brand of air conditioner. We will visit your home and diagnose your problem. We'll tell you how much your service will cost before we undertake any repairs. Any repairs are not covered by this fee.

Emergency Service Call

$175

An emergency service call is classified as a call that the customer deems an emergency and is performed after normal business operating hours and weekends. This fee includes an accurate diagnosis of any issues for your HVAC system. Any repairs are not covered by this fee.

HVAC Inspection

$217

A diagnostic is designed for a customer that is either buying or selling their home. It is a complete inspection of the HVAC unit and the ductwork connections to the HVAC unit. Our technicians will include a complete checklist for you and make any recommendations if needed.

Although we want to be straightforward and be as transparent as possible for our customers, there is no one set price for this as there are many factors such as brand, tonnage, seer2 rating, type of system, and many other factors that apply to replacing your HVAC system. However, you can call us today to schedule your free quote. We only quote AHRI matched systems!

Ductwork Replacement

Prices vary

Your ductwork is what carries your air and distributes it throughout your home. Our company is one of the few that can offer you spray foam insulation for your ducting.

Again, there are many factors such as trunk size, number of flex runs, return size, and many other factors that need to be accounted for when getting your ductwork replaced. However, you can call us today to schedule your free quote.

Clear drain line

Blow out and clear drain line. Empty safety switches if applicable. *Clearing/ emptying drain pan not included in this.

Leak Test

Perform leak test on system to diagnose where repair is needed. Please note, this does not include repair, refrigerant, or labor.

Disclaimer

The need for refrigerant to be added to a unit indicates a leak somewhere in the system. Adding refrigerant will not repair the leak and will only become more severe over time. There is no guarantee as to the longevity of the newly added refrigerant. To find the leak's location and resolve the issue, it is necessary to perform a leak check.

Ceiling Saver Kits

Ceiling saver consists of a SS1 safety switch in-line of the primary drain line of the air handler, an SS2 secondary safety switch connected directly to the internal drain pan in the air handler, and a float switch mounted inside your main pan all wired in series to ensure no potential water leakage from the system.
