Elite Lead Service Technician- Robert
Robert has been a valued member of the Elite AC Solutions team for over two years and brings many years of HVAC industry experience to every service call. As our Team Lead Service Technician, he is highly trained and knowledgeable in system diagnostics, repairs, and customer care. Robert takes pride in providing clear explanations and dependable solutions to ensure every customer’s comfort system is operating safely and efficiently.
Elite Service Technician- Dan
Dan has been with Elite AC Solutions since 2020. He began his career with our team as an installer and, through dedication and continuous training, advanced into a Service Technician role. Dan has taken every opportunity to expand his knowledge and skills, and he is now highly proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. His hands-on experience and commitment to learning allow him to provide reliable solutions that keep our customers comfortable year-round.
Elite Service Technician- Rob
Rob is a valued member of the Elite AC Solutions service team. Through consistent training and hands-on experience, he has developed into a confident and capable service technician. Customers appreciate Rob’s clear communication and honest approach, and he takes pride in ensuring every homeowner understands their system and the solutions available to keep it running properly.
Maintenance Technician- Hunter
Hunter is a dedicated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in the details that keep HVAC systems running efficiently. He genuinely cares about both the customers and the systems he services, ensuring every tune-up is thorough and complete. Hunter works carefully through each maintenance visit to make sure everything is operating properly so customers can rely on their comfort system throughout the season.
Lead Installer- Nathan
Nathan has been a key member of the Elite AC Solutions team for many years and serves as our Lead Installer. He takes great pride in his work and pays close attention to every detail during the installation process. Nathan ensures every system is installed properly, meets code requirements, and is set up to provide reliable comfort for many years to come.
Installation Helper- Now Hiring!
Elite AC Solutions is currently looking for a motivated Installation Helper to join our growing team. This role supports our installation crew with system installations, equipment setup, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. We are looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn the HVAC trade while helping deliver quality installations and dependable comfort to our customers.
Requirements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift equipment as needed
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check

Daily Operations Manager- Trish
Trish has been with Elite AC Solutions since the company first opened and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. From the initial customer call to scheduling, coordination, and follow-up, most customers interact with Trish at some point during their service experience. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction and works hard to ensure the Elite team is organized, prepared, and ready to deliver excellent service every day.
Big John AKA Pops
“Pops” served as the Office Manager and led our permitting department for nearly 10 years. He was a dedicated member of the Elite AC Solutions team and played an important role in helping the company grow and operate smoothly behind the scenes. Pops remained a valued part of the Elite family until his passing on March 24, 2025.
We are deeply grateful for everything he contributed to our company. His dedication, knowledge, and presence will always be remembered, and he will be greatly missed by the entire Elite team.
